上周六下午，万幸暴雨未来搅局，万欧兰俱乐部靓次伯（Lynch Bages）酒庄及其姐妹庄品鉴完美收场。鉴于每次姑娘的参与比例都是压倒性的，已经有人诚恳地提出了类似“俱乐部多开展一些交友活动”这样非常有建设性的建议。

回到主题：靓次伯虽然在1855年位列五等庄，但现在事实上无论其品质、价格还是声望，都是被认为具有二等庄的综合实力。是近年来少数葡萄酒收藏和投资领域表现出色的对象。靓次伯酒庄所有人Cazes家族旗下物产颇多，有餐厅，商店，旅馆，还有烹饪学校，同时在全球拥有多处酒庄，包括澳洲和葡萄牙。至于我们的这次品酒会主要是来自波尔多和法国南部，以及教皇新堡产区的酒，一共八款，风格各有所长。是一个窥探波尔多名门Cazes家族酒庄实力的难得机会。
Lynch Bages is well-known for its ranking in Grand cru (fifth growth) status in the Bordeaux Classification of 1855. However, nowadays it is actually a winery with integrated strength in quality, price and reputation, and is able to compete with second growth Grand cru. Its owner is Caze family，who owns many restaurants, shops, hotels, cooking schools, and wineries all over the world (including Australia and Portugal). We have tasted eight wines from Bodeaux, the south of France and Chadeauneuf du pape wineries, which are in different styles and all belong to the Caze. It’s a golden opportunity to learn about the strength of the renowned family。
在法国巴黎高等商学院和勃艮第大学同时获得硕士学位的酒庄美女代表池清，旅法多年，曾在法国龙船等列级酒庄学习和工作，有着丰富的葡萄酒酿造和市场策划经验。此次带领大家，共同分享了每款葡萄酒的特点以及靓次伯有趣的“定制酒”模式。在每年的四五月份，你可以前去酒庄，在酿酒师的指导下亲自调试，寻找自己最喜欢的口味，并按照自己的灵感制作酒标并下订单。每桶可出288瓶，在第二年就可以拿到这款列级庄为你量身定做的定制酒四处炫耀啦。
Qing Chi, who has got master’s degree in both HEC Paris and Universite de Bourgogne, lead us to enjoy the wines and share our opinions. She has been in France for many years and once worked in Chateau Beychevelle and other Bordeaux Grand cru, and give prefect answers to all the questions related to wine-making and marketing. The most interesting part from her should be how to customize your own wine in Lynch Bages. In every April and May, you could go to the winery by yourself and blend wines under the guidance of a wine-maker. When finally find your favorite flavor, you could order at a barrel or two (288 bottles) with simple procedures. In the next year you will get the wine tailored for you and show off to everyone.
