入夏,炎炎酷暑, 又该是白葡萄酒的适饮时期。 白葡萄酒中夏多内Chardonnay是最重要的主流品种之一，同时也是公认的多面娇娃,。随着气候、土壤等因素不同，夏多内呈现出的特质也是多样。从寒凉的Chablis，到暖和的Macon，表现出截然不同的香气和口感。
夏多内的可塑性也是超强，既可酿造数十元的智利量产夏多内，也可以精心创作出价值人民币数万元一瓶的DRC Montrachet。所以也就成为种植最广泛的白葡萄品种之一。
这次我们就来尝试来自不同产区，风格差异较大的的夏多内，如Chablis, Macon, 澳洲，智利，还有获奖多多的国产佳作，其中当然也会有颇具实力的作品。
Summer is a good time to drink white wine. Chardonnay is one of the most important white grape varieties, and is also considered as a varied one. As factors such as climate and soil differ, Chardonnay presents varied quality. It appears totally different aromas and flavors from cold Chablis to warm Macon.
Chardonnay is quite plastic. It could not only be Chilian mass-produced wine valued at tens of Yuan, but also be DRC Montrachet valued at tens of thousands of Yuan. Therefore, it becomes one of the most wide-produced white grape varieties.
In this session, let’s try Chardonnay wines with different styles from different regions, such as Chablis, Macon, Australia, Chile and local wines that won lots of prize. Some of these wines are excellent.

活动内容：
朋友聚会；品尝互动。观色闻香品味，做简单记录。
注意事项：
1、不要穿鞋跟比较尖的鞋子。
2、不要用香水，也不要抽烟。
3、是简单轻松的朋友聚会，穿着可以比较随意。
4、如果有兴趣，可以自带小食，自制的私房点心/菜更佳。
