国际酒界德高望重的泰斗级大师Michael Broadbent MW在昨天2020年3月17日，以92岁高寿去世。
Michael Broadbent MW出生于1927年5月2日，是英国著名酒评人，作家，拍卖大师。是葡萄酒评鉴和老酒领域的权威大师。

Michael Broadbent MW在1960年获得【葡萄酒大师-Master of Wine】认证称号，曾为全球最著名的葡萄酒杂志之一Decanter贡献了400多篇专栏。
他从1966年开始，在伦敦佳士得(Christie’s)拍卖行从事葡萄酒拍卖业务，他是佳士得葡萄酒拍卖业务的开创人和曾经的负责人。他在佳士得葡萄酒拍卖部门工作合作一直到2009年。

他写的酒评记录超过9万条，撰写的书籍不少。也曾任不少重量级国际葡萄酒机构的负责人：曾任葡萄酒大师学院主席，全球最大的葡萄酒教育机构WSET主席。
