庄主兼酿酒师Nicolas Potel的父亲Gérard Potel是布根地葡萄酒“教父”级的人物，Nicolas Potel继承并发扬了父亲的酿酒才能，他与许多优质葡萄田合作，并运用这些优质的葡萄酿制自己品牌的酒。自1997年第一个年份面市后，就因为其酒质纯净、甘醇，特别能体现出不同产区的风土个性，名气在业内迅速飙升，短短的10年间飞速跃升为一颗耀眼的新星。
《醒酒器》将其列入世界上“最杰出的十大酒商”，继2006年权威酒评杂志《葡萄酒观察家》对2003年力高宝德一香贝天特级园葡萄酒评得97分的高分，击败众多顶级名庄荣登榜首之后，Robert Parker也对其多个特级以及一级园2005年份评出95-98的高分。
力高宝德拥有多个特级和一级园产品，包括有香贝天特级园(Charbertin Grand Cru)，石头园特级园(Clos De La Roche Grand Cru), 华纳一级园(Volnay ler Cru Les Pitures)，美素一级园(Meursault 1er Cru)，新得利一级园(Santeney 1er Cru)。可谓是珠玉满园，全部来自名贵产区，每一款都是爱酒之人不能错过的佳酿。

Burgundian wine, patronized by royalty through the ages, is celebrated for its elegance and subtlety, and obtaining much attention from mature wine lovers. Maison Nicolas Potel, one only issuing its first vintage in 1997, enjoys high reputation as one upcoming star negociant from this prestige region.
Nicolas Potel, whose father was mentor to an entire generation of Burgundian winemakers, inherits his father’s talent and improvs his understanding of wine by travelling widely, finally ends up a negociant company. Corporating with various prestige vineyards, Nicolas Potel brands his wine by its purity and tasting true to their appellations.
Announced as one of Decanter’s “10 Great Negociants”, honors followed by Wine Spectator’s mark of 97 points on its Chambertin Grand Cru 2003, which made it top all Burgundian wines. Robert Parker, also marked 95-98 points on its 2005 vintages on its various Grand Crus and Premier Crus.
